Hyderabad summers drive the AC and cooler market. Listings peak in February and March when people prepare for the heat, and again in September when leases turn over — but prices are usually better in the cooler months, when sellers have fewer buyers. If you can plan ahead, buy an AC in winter and have it installed before the season.
Appliances are heavy. Confirm lift access and the community's shifting hours, arrange a tempo, and ask whether the seller can help carry. A fridge must travel upright and should stand for several hours before being switched on. For an AC, arrange an uninstallation technician in advance.
Give the brand, model, capacity and age, say whether the bill is available and when the unit was last serviced, and photograph it switched on.
