Find used electronics accessories listed by people across India — headphones, earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, soundbars, smartwatches and bands, chargers, cables, power banks, keyboards and more. Many are sold after a gift duplicate or an upgrade, often barely used.
Contact the seller directly, test the item in person and pay only when it works. Olditems takes no commission and never handles payment or delivery.
Watch out for fakes
Popular accessories — branded earbuds, headphones, smartwatches and chargers — are widely copied, and good fakes look convincing in photos. Before you pay:
- Check the serial number. Many brands let you enter the serial number on their website or app to confirm the model and warranty. For earbuds, compare the serial on the case with the one shown in the phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Pair it with the official app. Genuine products connect to the brand's app, show the right model name and accept firmware updates. Fakes often fail or show a generic name.
- Look at build and print quality. Uneven seams, blurry logos, loose hinges and a light, hollow feel are warning signs.
- Ask for the bill and box. They support both originality and any remaining warranty.
Batteries: check for swelling
Earbuds, power banks, smartwatches and speakers all contain lithium batteries. A swollen battery makes the case bulge, gaps appear at the seams, or the device rocks on a flat table. Do not buy a swollen device — it can be a fire risk. Ask how long the battery lasts now, and test it charging.
Item-by-item checks
- Headphones and earbuds. Play music on each side separately, test the microphone on a call and try noise cancellation. Check ear tips and cushions for wear; replacements are available for many models.
- Speakers and soundbars. Play at high volume and listen for rattle or distortion. Test Bluetooth, HDMI or optical input and the remote.
- Chargers and cables. Buy branded chargers with a BIS mark. A cheap fake charger can damage a phone or overheat.
- Power banks. Look for the BIS registration mark, test both output and charge input, and check that it charges a phone at the expected speed.
- Smartwatches and bands. Check the watch unpairs from the old owner's account. For bands, match the lug width or connector type of your watch.
