Where the buyers are in Bengaluru
Whitefield, Marathahalli, Brookefield and Kundalahalli serve the ITPL and eastern tech parks. Bellandur, Sarjapur Road, HSR Layout and Koramangala follow the Outer Ring Road offices, with lots of flat-shares buying beds, desks and compact sofas. Electronic City and Hosur Road, and Hebbal and Thanisandra up north near Manyata Tech Park, are similar. Families in Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Banashankari and Indiranagar buy dining sets, wardrobes and larger sofas, and are the best market for solid-wood pieces.
Leases, deposits and move-out
Bengaluru rentals typically involve a large security deposit, and landlords check the flat at move-out. Sell and clear furniture a few days before the final inspection so there is time to fix wall marks from wardrobes or TV units. Apartment associations usually require a move-out intimation and material gate pass, sometimes with dues clearance; book the service lift too.
Selling work-from-home setups
Ergonomic chairs, height-adjustable and study desks, monitor arms and bookshelves are in steady demand. List them as a set and separately — some buyers want the whole desk setup, others only the chair. Mention the brand and model of office chairs, since buyers search for them by name.
